First, ensure that your firm administrators have added you as a firm member.
To access our help centre, you must be logged into Appara. Please visit app.appara.ai to log into your account!
To register for access, please follow the steps below
Visit https://appara.ai/
Click on Login at the top right hand corner of the page.
Click on Sign up Now (this is right below the "Sign in" button).
Enter your authorized email address and click on the Send Verification Code button.
Enter the verification code and click on the Verify Code button to fully verify your email address.
You can then continue setting up your password.
Once you've completed setting up your password, you must enter a valid phone number in order to set up a 2 factor authentication method for logging in. This phone number cannot be a virtual/voip number.
Once you've verified your phone number, you'll be fully set up to log into your account!
