Time: 10:00pm – 10:15pm Pacific Time (PST/PDT)
​Duration: Up to 15 minutes
​Impact: Appara may be briefly unavailable during this time

This window allows us to safely deploy system enhancements and upgrades with minimal impact to your workday.

During this scheduled maintenance window:

  • Appara may be temporarily inaccessible

  • Work will resume automatically once maintenance completes

  • No action is needed from you

  • Your data remains safe and secure at all times

If you have time-sensitive filings, we recommend planning around this time window.

Appara runs on Microsoft Azure, one of the world’s most trusted cloud platforms.
While rare, access interruptions outside our maintenance window may be related to Azure services.
