In order to Issue shares or Allot shares in a matter, you can use the Subscribe action.
STEP 1: Create your Matter
Create your matter by clicking on the Create Matter button and choose Corporate. To find out more about how to start a matter, visit this help article. Once you have started your matter, you can follow the step by step instructions below.
STEP 2: Select the Subscribe Action
In the Planning tab click on the Add Action field. Select Maintenance > Subscribe.
STEP 3: Select the Corporation from the Drop Down Menu
If needed, add the Entity from Records and set it as your Primary Entity.
STEP 4: Click the + to Add Subscriptions
Complete the information fields for the subscription.
